Hello Exhibitors,

We’re thrilled to have you join us for The Best Wedding Ever! Showcase. Below, you’ll find the details for arrival, parking, and load-in at The Best Western Plus Hotel & Conference Center.

Upon arrival, please sign in and register with our team and we will direct you to your booth. You will receive your exhibitor badge at that time (Please return at the conclusion of the event). If you have any questions or need assistance, our team will be happy to help guide you.

Arrival & Parking

Important Arrival Details

  • Check in begins at 7:00 AM in the front lobby. Event badges will be provided.

  • Load-in and setup may begin after checking in. We ask everyone be setup by 10:15 AM. 10:00 AM if you are located in the mezzanine.

  • You are welcome to bring your items through the main entrance. However, if you have larger items or are a caterer, please use the rear entrance for loading in. See the process outlined below for further details.

  • All exhibitors MUST park in the RED parking lot after setting up.

  • The load-in dock is located right next to the red parking lot. Please have your event badge ready.

  • Please put into consideration that other exhibitors will be loading in around the same time. Please factor this into your arrival and setup plan.

  • Size Requirements: The elevator located in the loading area is 4x8.5 feet.

Event Site Overview

The Ballroom & Mezzanine are located on the 2nd Floor

Gray: The Main Ballroom

Pink: Mezzanine

Green: Loading Areas

6. Bay sized loading dock

Red: Elevators

1. Large items elevator (4x8.5 feet)

2. Primary elevator closest to mezzanine and ballroom

3 & 4. Hotel guest elevators (please refrain from using these elevators)

Blue: Stairwell

The stairwell is two flights of stairs that lead to the mezzanine and ballroom.

Loading Dock

This door will lead you right to the large items elevator. When in the elevator, select mezzanine. This will lead you to the rear of the ballroom.

Once loaded into the dock, you will then turn right, go through the kitchen, and then on the left you will see the elevator.
